Dr. Anita Amarnath Rajan, MD

Dr. Anita Rajan is a medical provider who is working for the profit of the insurance boards who line her pockets. Even though she is "board-certified in Family Medicine", according to Anthem Blue Cross, she doesn't believe in the most basic prenatal care. She has repeatedly denied my request for a standard 20 week ultrasound during my pregnancy, which all other ob-gyn's have agreed is the most minimal standard procedure to ensure a healthy pregnancy is progressing well. I have submitted grievances several times in order to get reimbursed for the care I paid for in high monthly premiums and yet she has denied them time and time again, and yet she calls herself an MD. Shameful.

This doctor denied request without any medical information and made a decision that was based on an arbitrary policy set forth by Anthem. I will be contacting the medical board.
