her service is so terrible. my mom had appointment at 10:30, we were called in at 11:20 and she didnt show up in the room, so we decided to get out without seeing her at 12:00. i feel like they didnt value patients time by overbooking the schedule. i was getting late for the job so there was no options for me to get out without seeing her. if patients show up late; they would not check them for 99.99% of the time but they can make us wait for 1.5 hours no matter what. i would not recommend anybody to see this doctor(Anjana Samaddar). so sorry to say but YOUR SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

If you want to waste time and endure unnecessary testing, this is the place for you. Otherwise, DO NOT go here. You're much better off waiting for one of the other GI docs in town. Staff are overwhelmed. Wait is ridiculously long. Front-of-office procedures are inconvenient and tech is in the dark ages. The doctor herself didn't even bother to review my medication list first and prescribed a colonoscopy right off the bat. Turns out another doc found later one of my meds was causing my problem.

SHE DIAGNOSED MY DISEASE WITH ONE VISIT.. NOT ONLY WAS I ILL FOR MULITIPLE MONTHS WITH HER CARE I AM ON TOP OF THE WORK WITHIN ONE WEEK! THANKS..

Not only did Dr Samadder diagnose my digestive diseases, during my following up she recoginied the possibily of a heart condition. Dr. Samaddar followed up my my family doctor with her concerns, my family doctor contacted me immediatly sent me to Dr hardeback a cardiologist within days I was having surgery. Thank you Dr Samaddar

So far, my rate is 4 stars. She diagnosed my problem and treated it promptly. I don't know about the care with calling outside of an appointment. But I'm guessing patients should be checked dunning an actual appointment for the best care, because doctors are very busy and may have other patients to care for. For now, she has a perfect score in caring for me. .
