Dr. Anjanette L Mcilwain, MD

Absolutely horrid. Dr Anjanette Mcllwain is the most unprofessional condescending person I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I have worked in Healthcare for over 20 years in both clinical and administrative capacities. I know exactly the type of Doctor she is. She preys on new mothers. My niece is alone with her baby on base while her husband is serving our country and this woman berated and browbeat my niece because she asked too many questions. Her daughter was in pain and this doctor refused to even speak with her a second time disregarding the child's screams with a telephone diagnosis of colic. She preyed upon my nieces naivety in motherhood. This doctors lack of concern is disheartening. She should not be practicing medicine with such a caviler attitude. I will be reporting her to the board. Also my niece has found a new MD. Please be careful with who you trust in the care of your child.

I would like to say that I really like Dr. Mcilwain and the service that she provides. She has always been kind and very comforting with my daughter. I am very unhappy that she has had to move to your location on Oliver street. The location at Health pavilion was great. When we had a scheduled time to see her the wait time was not long. By past experience at your Oliver street location was not good at all. I really hope that the change you have made by making Dr. Mcilwain relocation does not result in poor service from that office. I can not express How much My family really appreciated her service and the staff that she had at Health pavilion.
