Dr. Anjum F. Koreishi, MD

It isn't often I write about physicians. But this young man deserves all this and more. Such a compassionate, likable, smart guy. He asks the questions, he finds the answers, and will confer with other physicians to get the best solutions. He has been my doctor for three years. Has been the best years of my life with a physician ever. He comforts you, he sympathizes with you and best of all, if your insurance company won't comply with medications, he will advise you how to circumvent the process to get the medications you need. Such a gem in this process. The only negative is that the is with a teaching hospital. That has its drawbacks because he has a ton of patients, and it may take a minute to see him.l But once he is with you, he makes you feel that your time was not in vain. Additionally, you will return because he makes an investment in your time and condition. He responds with answers in my chart if you forget to ask during your visit, so use that feature also at… Northwestern Hospital. Overall, I am pleased as punch to have Dr. Koreishi on my team I suppose if he was an independent physician, I would never know about this outstanding young doctor. Did I mention that he is really cute too. LOL

My son recently visited Northwestern Medicine for a follow-up visit with Dr. Koreishi for uveitis. I found Dr. Koreishi to be engaging, thoughtful, warm and able to speak to my 11-year old son at my son's level. I trust this doctor's advice and plan of care, and wholeheartedly recommend him to others.
