Sloppy and did not instill confidence.

Dr. Grace and her staff used to care. The last few times my family has gone there, we felt dismissed, rushed and unimportant. The last time (and my final time) I was there, the nurse interrupted me and told me to just "give her the highlights" because she was busy and didn't have time to hear the details of what was happening with my medical condition. Done!

Friendly, efficient...altogether, despite being at that Dr.'s office, a nice experience. I feel as though everyone how's me and my health issues even though I may be meeting them for the first time.

I've been seeing Dr. Grace for @ 25 years - wouldn't go anywhere else. She's always knowledgeable, caring and communicates well with me. I've referred many friends to her and they also won't go anywhere else!

Excellent Docter

Went to the doctor and received antibiotics. The antibiotics were making me sick and my condition became worse. Talked to the office and the assistant said you can't talk to the doctor because they are off. They were asking me to go the emergency or urgent care. I asked them to talk to the nurse. I got the answer "Nurse is busy". I finally was successful in asking them to talk to the Nurse and left my number to call back. No calls. I called again and was told to go to urgent care. They should have wrote a different prescription instead. Very irresponsible behavior from the office staff especially the assistants. This is not the first time it is happening. They messed up with the bills on the prior visit and it went to collection and finally I was able to push back because it is their own fault of not filing the claims within the allocated time frame.

The M.A.'s are respectful and friendly. I've never waited more than 5 min to be seen.

They are always caring,kind, and concerned. Always willing to go that extra mile, been with them for 30 years and not going anywhere ELSE!!!!

I've been under the care of Dr. Grace for eleven years... She is consistently thorough, compassionate, skillful. She and her staff is always friendly, helpful and professional. She is very consultative with her patients. Not just a pill pusher. Her practice is hands on... they actually remember me... so refreshing in these handoff, "automated" days. THE BEST...!

Warm and wonderful reception. Dr. Grace was very informative and made it easy to communicate my needs. Pleasant experience for first time patient and I would highly recommend her services.
