Anna Miller is a very volatile woman with zero bedside manner. The way she speaks to people is beyond rude. She is a loose cannon. Just stay away from this place.

I recently went to the Brownsville Rd location for an eye exam and purchased glasses there also. I was told to try the glasses for at least a month to get used to them since I was trying a bifocal for the first time, and if they didn't work they would make it right. I gave it more than a month and when I went back, I was told there was nothing they could do. The glasses are useless and I am out over $200 of my own money plus what my insurance covered. Worst experience I have ever had when dealing with so called professionals regarding eye care. The staff is very rude and their customer service is lacking. I normally do not write reviews, but I wanted to share my horrible experience in hopes that it helps someone else and they choose a different eye center. Stay away from this place. They deserve 0 stars.

The doctor couldn't be bothered to answer and of my questions. I had to ask another employee to ask her. She is very rude, I will not be going back.
