This place cares more about their patients coming in for surface level reconstruction than they do gynecological issues. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so many times and I feel like the doctor was having a hard time with a lot of the low quality admins that were coming in to work for them. For some reason the office just couldn't seem to get it together. I had a fibroid removed from my uterus and I was skeptical because of all of the cosmetic things that were pushed here. One day I made an appointment about a year after my surgery and took off work early to drive across town to make it. When I got to their new location, they brought me into the office and proceeded to ask me questions. They had NO IDEA who I was. The Hispanic woman who was in the back office who was asking me the questions was rude and basically told me that there was nothing that they could do since I didn't have an appointment. I demanded that they made time. There was a miscommunication between… offices since they'd just moved and it was impossible to take off another day. She went and grabbed a file and then asked me if I was there to get sterilized and have my tubes tied. I was mortified. I made the appointment to make sure that I could in fact have children and wanted to get a series of tests to make sure. When I told her that she was unprofessional, dismissive and rude she told me that I needed to leave the office. She didn't want to deal with me anymore. Once I got louder about how she was being unprofessional and refused to leave, someone else came in and handled the situation the way that a medical professional should and was completely understanding to why I was frustrated. I was frustrated, but never rude. I was upset at her lack of empathy, but never disrespected her. She was completely out of line. The woman told me she would talk to the doctor and reschedule me to come in and be seen. It never happened. I wrote a letter to the doctor about the incident and sent it to three places to reach her. I never heard from her. This place does not care about their patients and it makes me upset. She was the doctor who performed an invasive surgery on my uterus and she is completely detached from care after that or even making sure that matters are addressed appropriately. I would if I could, advise everyone who wants someone to care about them to go elsewhere. Empathy and care doesn't exist here and I can say that from experience after having had over 10 different experiences here with this office. This one was just by far the absolute worst.

Caring, knowledgeable. Excellent treatment for interstitial cystitis. Performs surgeries that some doctors can’t be bothered with. Dedicated to women who need help.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Gevorgyan, when I had my Smart Lipo for my flanks. Love my results never thought I would never have such small arms. I love wearing small string shirts, I could never wear in my whole life. I was a big, big girl when I lost the fat, my flanks in my arm never got smaller. She help me get my confidences of wearing sleeveless shirt. I recommend her for all your smart lipo procedures
