Anna Pruett is a Board Certified Physician Assistant. She completed her training at Wake Forest University and started her career at a family medicine practice in her hometown in North Carolina. She enjoys constantly learning in all areas of life. Her hobbies are traveling, being outdoors / hiking, and most importantly spending time with her husband and two children.

The providers at Jivana Care consider mental health to be an important part of overall wellness. The team provides comprehensive care for anxiety, depression, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and other common mental health conditions.

Many patients with mental health disorders also struggle with addiction. For those addicted to prescription opioids and other controlled substances, the team offers Suboxone® treatment. This doctor-supervised medication minimizes withdrawal symptoms to help patients wean off of opioids with minimal risk of early relapse.

At Jivana Care, patients on Medicare have access to remote patient monitoring through Accuhealth, which allows the team to assess the health care needs of these individuals 24/7.

Our services at Jivana Care are tailored to our patient's needs. Jivana Care provides services and procedures including but not limited to Annual Physical Exams, Medicare Annual Wellness exams, Executive Physicals, Worker's Comp, Immigration Exams, On-site blood-work, incision and drainage, wound care, ear lavage, nebulizer treatments, GYN Exams, and much more. We also incorporate multiple modalities, such as echo-cardiograms, stress testing, allergy testing and drug testing. Jivana Care philosophy is that optimal health and performance can be attained through the proper balance of exercise, nutrition, and education. Our goal is to educate our patients as well as treat them. Therefore, our services will also provide continuity of care and care coordination for our patients.
