Was able to get in same day Should’ve waited another day to see a different doctor she had a terrible bedside manner she was rushing you she was annoyed if you asked any questions after the procedure had not heard from her in two weeks every time I called I never even got to speak to a nurse only a medical assistant who is just as annoyed that you were calling she clearly has no concern for her patients or the well-being or their livelihood the fact that she did not follow up timely is unacceptable

I made a same day appointment with this available doctor due to stomach pains. She ordered some rush testing and I was on my way for blood work and a scan. After leaving I realized that I had received no instructions on treatment in the meantime, no follow up appointment, etc. You get a better listing of do’s and don’ts and suggestions when leaving a minute clinic. After 3 calls back to the office and pressing the doctor I received some more information and that I could ‘go along with whatever I had planned for my day’.... I had a fever and felt awful in general, safe to say my agenda for the day was shot, and her insensitivity was unnerving. I received incorrect instructions from her staff on scheduling my scan (she said OK, no apology). When I am at my scan appoint later that day, the imaging center had not yet received the proper orders, they were supposed to be faxed in. So my procedure was delayed. Thankfully an on call doctor in the group fixed the matter. I was grateful to… receive the call at 9pm with my results and that she was calling in prescriptions.... but when I asked about the other organ that she was questioning to be the issue at my appointment earlier, she simply said- this is what came up on the scan and I have prescribed treatment. I said OK and she literally hung up. No good bye, no I hope you feel better, no let’s follow up in a few days if the meds aren’t working. I believe that kindness counts in the medical profession, where you are dealing with people that do not feel well. If I do wind up needing a follow up, I will certainly find another doctor. I do not recommend this physician.

I traveled from Florida to be evaluated by Dr. Longacre, per referral from a family member. She and her staff were all professional. Dr. Longacre listened to my underlying medical issues that were either ignored or I was being provided diagnoses with no relevant clinical lab/test data, to the point where I was self-ordering my own lab tests where patients could order without a physicians' orders that were reported positive. Dr. Longacre continued to order various diagnostic lab & imaging tests that resulted in a diagnosis that will require surgery. I now have a clinical diagnosis to provide to my surgeon. SS

Saw this doc for many years (my mistake) with NO results. Years later I am still making payments to them. Then she tried to send my business to a new doc in their practice to give him some new business, for a very expensive, in-patient procedure, with a 50/50 chance of working. Took on avg 2 weeks to get an appt. and all for nothing. I don't think she ever did any research on my symptoms BC the next time I had an attack I went to a different hospital & the emergency room doc knew w/i seconds what was wrong with me.

As a first time patient there was no chance to ask questions. Her physical exam was about 15 seconds. I understand its a brief consultation but it felt rushed and impersonal. I do not plan on returning to her again.

This doctor not only has an unhealthy self - righteous manner, but she is INCOMPETENT. She's incapable of as answering valid patient questions related to their health. She treats patients differently based on race.

First of all I was kept waiting in the patient room over 1+ hrs. She finally burst in, no apology, no friendlyness, within 10 mins, I was told to schuale 3 procedures, have me some samples, and walked out of the room still saying something"? She is very roude, and no bedside manner. I am Very disappointed, because I use to see Dr. Dugfaree He who was a god scent,

Left messages wit Tanya to have the doctor call me twice in three weeks. Never heard from doctor. Called Tanya today who apologized says she’s been busy in clinic. I’ll get another doctor very disappointed. Ron lupo 770-598-0071

While they are quick to get you in for an endoscopy, the aftermath has been atrocious. 6 months later I am still trying to settle my bill - in which they owe ME money. I have spent countless hours on the phone to get the billing corrected. Also, on top of the fee for the endoscopy, which took about 10 minutes, bills just keep coming. The anesthesiologist was rude and uncaring - and this man was about to put me under. ZERO follow up after the procedure.
