Shocked that someone gave her such a poor review. She is probably the most affable, competent physician you will meet. As well as being my primary care physician, she is also physician to many of my patients as well, all of whom think very highly of her.

Poor clinical skill set. This physician lacks compassion towards the elderly and does not consider their well being. Eye rolling and chatting with Nurses, while listening to a patients symptoms is not appropriate behavior in the clinical practice.

Dr. Pankratov is an amazing doctor, she is very attentive, caring, polite and professional. Based on my experience with her, it's apparent that she loves people and enjoys her profession!!!
