Stopped by after having blood sugar issues to ask Dr Vanderheiden's nurse to relay my concerns- The nurse returned, & escorted me to an exam room where I actually got to meet with Dr V- This is a caring Dr & I truly believe she has my best interest at heart, otherwise she would not have seen me when I walked in unannounced, & without an appointment- I would GLADLY recommend her to anyone who is in search of a quality, class-act physician

My first visit for thyroid nodules was a very pleasant and rewarding one. The office staff was very cordial both upon arriving and leaving. Dr Vanderheiden was a very pleasant doctor who took her time and explained everything to me. She answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed! She showed confidence and enjoyment with interest in her service to me. I am so glad I was referred to her and left feeling at ease, understanding more about the need for my future biopsy and follow up. I would recommend her highly.

Dr Vanderheiden takes time to get to know the patient and doesn't stop until she has the correct diagnosis and has you on the best medicine for you specifically. I saw her in dallas and will drive to see her ib Odessa.
