-caring-spent plenty of time answering my questions-gave me my requested treatment-no discomfort-followed up several times with personal phone calls.-very nice bedside manner-yes, the office staff is poor and could be more professional. Most of the comments you have read are true. The office personnel lose records, are unfamiliar with insurance provider practices, dont remember to send necessary information to specialists like referrals, are annoyed at patients, and not very good with patients' needs. -Dr Asbel has not so good bedside manner and doesn't seem very knowledgeable. I will not see him.

At first she seemed okay, but subsequent visits have made us want to change doctors. She acts like she has better things to do with her time and can't be bothered to listen. She makes me uncomfortable, and I do not feel like I can trust her or the incompetent office staff with my health care. Additionally, the office staff has screwed up several times losing blood test results, failing to call in Rx-es, forgetting we were in the waiting room and allowing 3 other people ahead of us while we waited an HOUR to be seen, and generally being lackadasical and disrespectful to the patients who they're there to help. Overall one of the worst healthcare exeriences ever and we are looking for a new doctor.
