Very rude, doesn't listen, very rude and unprofessional

I believe that people will treat you in the same respect you treat them. The staff at Dr Kaulfers office have treated us like family. Everyone has been very courteous and professional.

She is very knowledgable of her field as well as willing to venture out to find answers! She made sure I understood the technical components of our diagnosis. As soon as she gained imperative information she contacted us.

Dr ia great. Waiting time with an appointment is horrible. We waiting almost 2 hours in a room and still was never seen. Make sure you have no plans the day of your appointment and plan at a minimum 4 hours for total appointment time. They are extremely slow. I would highly recommend another facility.

We love Dr Kaulfers!! She is wonderful at explaining things in a way that children understand. She talkes to them, not about them. The office and appointments are not up to my standard as wait time is an hour at best.
