She talked me out of a much needed surgery after a trauma and I have been paying the price nearly a year later. Two surgeries later now and I will have chronic pain going forward.

She is one of the best !! No nonsense tell it like it is!! I would highly recommend her. Almost ready to move back just to have her for my RA dr again!!

Cheyenne doctors wouldn't give me the time of day. My drive to Casper to see Dr. Mcguire was well worth it. Was able to tell me exactly where my pain originated and why, showed me anatomy pictures to back it up, made calls to a radiologist to make sure the correct type of xray was ordered, and helped me with filing a disability claim. Spent an hour and a half in her office and left with answers to my questions, a prescrip to help the pain, and great info. Wonderful experience!

It is in your best interest NOT to see this doctor. I came from some of the best health care in the world to Dr. Macquire. Do yourself a huge favor.....take the trip to SLC or Denver. This Doc is a wacko

She made me feel at ease immediately and had I not moved out of state, I would still be in Anne's care. She diagnosed me with scleroderma and helped me to deal with the disease while slowing it's effects. Thank you Dr. Macguire
