dr alino has a great personality and makes every visit comfortable and enjoyable. her preventative exams are thorough and medical advice when things aren't perfect are right on. she has made great referrals too. highly recommend!

I was with dr. Alino for 7 years. I was sorry I left the practice only because of her staff the office Front was so rude especially Mary Gray. The office Front never called you back if they had a cancellation and never let you know they were just rude I think Valley should look into this. But have to say dr. Alino was amazing doctor awesome. But now we reconnected I just found out she opened her own practice up in Paramus. I gave. Alino five stars for her compassion she's a good listener and she worries about her patients and I bedside manners are excellent. Also my father was a physician and he went to the office in Ridgewood and found out they were rude to even. Is an anesthesia doctor. I am just shocked over Valley never looked into this complaints after complaints from patients. Nobody should be treated like this if you are patient.

every visit with dr alino has been above average. she takes her time, makes you feel comfortable, and is very competent. I referred my family and friends to her. I would strongly recommend this dr.

Wonderful doctor!! Had a terrible and dangerous experience with an incredibly rude and incompetent eye doctor in Midland Park, NJ. Found Dr. Alino, thankfully, who correctly identified the problem and sent me to a fantastic cornea specialist. I see doctor Alino for maintenance. She is very kind, thorough and competent. We feel blessed to have found her.

She is an awesome ophthalmologist who i have been going to for years. But yesterday i decided to end my patient/doctor relationship due to the nonprofessional attitude of the office staff. Apparently they are doing so well over there at Ridgewood Ophthalmology that they have no need to retain their patients. It has been my number 1 complaint about this place from day 1 but i have always let it slide until now. Hopefully the fine group of doctors at this establishment will have a wake up call at some point. CUSTOMER SERVICE is #1 - if you cannot call a patient when there is a cancellation and you do not do a phone call to confirm an appointment - then there is absolutely no respect for the patients or the doctors time. Also the attitudes should be dropped...

i believe she gave me very poor advice about the dangers of dry eye syndrome and lasik surgery. she should know better, and people with dry eye syndrome can have unbearble sympthamotology post lasik.

What kind the dr. can be someone who do not give you the complete prescription? Office Staff are Very Unprofessional. When I called to get the missing part on the prescription they say they would not give me the number until I pay the balance. My two insurances paid a good amount for the visit I paid $ 100 for the Contact lenses prescription. Extremely Poor Service. I will never ever recommend this place.
