Dr. Namnoum was my fertility doctor for both of my children. We had two healthy embryo's though IVF and both were successful. I could not have asked for a more thoughtful, kind and experienced doctor. I am so blessed Dr. Namnoum went through this experience with me. She is wonderful and I highly recommend her if you are looking to start a family.

Dr. Namnoum and the entire staff at Shady Grove are AMAZING. We had been on our fertility journey for a year when we switched to Shady Grove. We really wanted to find a doctor that was the right fit for us and we are so glad we found Dr. Namnoum. The level of communication and compassion we were shown was above and beyond. I can't Express in words how much Dr. Namnoum has been such an intricate part in our fertility journey. The ups and downs, heartache, and tears with trying to conceive was one of toughest things we have been through and if it wasn't for the kind, generous, loving, understandable Doctors, nurses, and medical team at Shady Grove Fertility clinic I don't know how we would have made it two years trying. Tracy, Dawn, my lab girls, the embryology team, the administration team, etc. The list goes on... these people are our family and I hope that you will allow them to be yours.

I was diagnosed PCOS two years ago, and I reached out to Dr. Namnoum when I was trying to get pregnant. I knew it's going to be a long journey due to my infertility issue, but it ended faster than I thought! During our first visit, Dr. Namnoum was very patient and friendly. She took time understanding our medical conditions and life styles, and gave us a thorough explanation of the causes of my symptom. We quickly scheduled follow-up meetings to do blood works and infertility tests, which help us to eliminate any other potential danger during pregnancy. Luckily, everything was okay, and we were able to proceed to the next step - getting pregnant! Instead of doing IVF, I was suggested to take ovulation medicine and supplements to try to get pregnant naturally. I was extremely lucky to be successfully pregnant after the 1st trial, and Dr. Namnoum helped me through my first 10 weeks of pregnancy. Overall, I had a great experience with Dr. Namnoum. The staffs at SGF are very friendly and… responsive during the week days. Average wait time for me for every appointment are less than 20 min, and I was treated carefully and nicely in every single appointment, even with nurses.

We went to three different fertility clinics over a period of seven years to get our miracle. One doctor told us that I am one of the 5% of women who cannot conceive for whatever reason, nobody knows why. He told us to forget about adopting because they don’t want older people to adopt. After the heartbreak and tears because we thought we were done, we found Shady Grove Fertility and more importantly, we found Dr. Namnoum. After reviewing our massive file and meeting with us, we asked her if there was any hope. She said I see no reason that you cannot have a success pregnancy. Then she went to work for us. We selected Shady Grove Fertility because it was the only local clinic that offered a guarantee (shared risk) program. That was the best decision we could have made. Dr. Namnoum was very kind, compassionate and supportive. She is the most hands-on and thorough doctor we encountered. She personally attended almost every ultrasound (and there were countless) and… personally called us with test results. She was very encouraging when we encountered mid-cycle delays. It took us 3 IVF attempts with donor eggs before Dr. Namnoum helped us realize our dreams of parenthood. I am now 19 weeks pregnant. When we graduated to our OB, it was obvious she was genuinely happy for us. You are not just a statistic with her. She legitimately cares about her patients and she gets results. If you are battling infertility and want the best care – look no further. Thank you Dr. Namnoum!

Dr Namnoum and Shady Grove Fertility have helped make my husband and my dream of a family a reality. For a little while, I never thought I would be saying those words… but Dr Namnoum truly believed in our ability to have a baby, and she stayed hopeful when we had given up all hope. You never feel like a patient when with Dr Namnoum; she never rushes your meetings, is always on time, and answers all of your questions and concerns. The staff gets to know you personally, and everyone becomes invested in your success. I am so happy we decided to leave our original facility and come to Shady Grove/Dr Namnoum.

We cannot thank Dr. Namnoum enough for her care during our fertility journey. She took excellent care of us when we transferred from another practice after more than a year of unsuccessful treatment. She did a great job of guiding us the process of IVF. She was highly attentive and we received excellent care from both her and her staff the entire time. We are happy to report we are 16 weeks pregnant now.
