Dr. Annette Cozzarelli-Franklin, MD

Dr. Annette Cozzarelli-Franklin has been my doctor for many years. She is a great doctor. Always attentive and answers all of my questions. Her stall is top notch. They have always been helpful to me and I have no complaints about them. They are one of the only medical practices that answer the phone and actually understand my question. They get back to me with an answer and I cannot ask for more. I am more than willing to wait for her to get to me, because she is busy taking care of other patients. I know when my turn comes, I will receive her undivided attention! Best Doctor ever! Lorraine

I have been a patient of Dr. Cozzarelli for years. I too was annoyed by the wait time. HOWEVER, when you are with Dr. Cozzarelli she is with you! I have never been rushed out of an examination with her. So you have to keep in mind that while she is taking the time to answer all of your questions, someone else is waiting. You have to adjust your schedule accordingly. Dr. Cozzarelli really cares about her patients and it shows. She is diligent with your health care even when you are not. Her staff has been there a long time. They are always professional.

I will start by staying she is a great Dr. I changed to Summit Medical Group in Clifton because one thing I cannot tolerate is sitting in a waiting room for 45 minutes which is what you do when you come to this office. POOR MANAGEMENT ! Also, this staff is not accommodating at all & rude. I misplaced my MRI order, asked the nasty receptionist to please fax it. Nope! I was told I had to travel to the office to pick up the order OR send a self addressed envelope. In this day and age, patient satisfaction goes a long way - these people need to be replaced ! As for Dr., she is very thorough, intelligent and excellent doctor who returns calls, will call you after 7pm to discuss results. She is a bit over-the-top with ordering tests & sometimes I walk out of there thinking I have a disease because she searches for a diagnosis for something that doesn't bother me but I guess better safe than sorry?! Dr seriously needs to replace that staff and be more time efficient with… scheduling her appointments. I don't know if it is poor management or if the doctor is the one who wants the staff to overbook & wait up to an hour. No doctor is worth that. My time is valuable, also. She lost me as a patient due to all of the above.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cozzarelli for over 10 years and she is one of the finest physicians. I manage a surgical practice and know how busy doctors are & how little they are reimbursed. Dr. C spends time with you, answers ALL your questions, will follow up with any test you have and I have always done right by her. The office is very relaxing and her staff is on top of everything. My only problem in the long wait in the reception room. At times, I've waited almost 45 minutes.

I only stick with Dr Cozzarelli because she is excellent and thorough. I get a knot in my stomach every time I call. Jenn is very short, not pleasant and like a drill sergeant. One woman who has been there a long time is very nice but doesn't seem to go out of her way. The doctor is really sweet and like I said- the ONLY reason I go there (which should be FOR the doctor) however, a nicer staff would compliment her.

The doctor is excellent - a bit stand-off-ish then she warms up. The Staff is competent but THESE PEOPLE NEED TRAINING in being cordial, learn to smile, be pleasant. They are a bunch of StepFord people - you have to mail a self-addressed envelope to get anything which I'veNEVER heard of. They are rude, don't say their name when you answer, they slam the window right in your face when you check in - just HORRIBLE staff. I trust the doctor's judgement and that is the ONLY reason I go there. I cringe when I have to call that office.

I have been seeing Dr. Cozzarelli for many years. She is a great doctor. She is very knowledgeable and easily answers my questions. She does not rush me out of the office. He staff is highly trained and very professional. I could not ask for a better doctor.

I respect this doctor, she is excellent. The staff is very dismissive, you sign in at the window and they ignore you until they are ready to say hello. Then the window opens. the receptionist asks for your name, insurance cards & shuts the window. NOBODY calls to confirm your appointment and if you miss it - they charge you. My thought is IF you are going to charge me, then please REMIND ME like 99% of my other doctors do. Also, if you want to change your appointment, you get a super attitude. LIke I said - the doctor is great. You have to tolerate the monotone attitude of the staff.
