Dr. Annette M St Pierre-Mackoul, MD

We’ve been with Dr. Annette for 17 years. This is not a mew practice trying to figure out the business of pediatrics. She is established, proven and a trusted local professional. Knowledgeable on new and break-through studies. Well read and enlightened with a network of colleagues spread throughout the country. Progressive, but traditional. Patient, yet loyal to standards. Does not mess around with wishy-washy, lazy, undisciplined and excuses for days parents. Her established practice has policy and order. She has earned the respect with her dedication to pediatrics. She doesn’t have time or the need to “train parents”. She focuses on the child. Loving, yet firm on expectations of the parents. Great staff.

She only cares for her patients during business hours. Poor bedside manner. She should reconsider a career change that doesn’t involve children, concerning how disinterested she was in my children’s well-being.

Dr. MacKoul is an awesome doctor. My two sons have been going to her at least for the last 10 years. I have never had a problem. If I called for a sick appointment I always got in the same day. Dr. MacKoul has always answered all our questions - we are never rushed. The nurses and office staff always have a positive attitude. Phone calls are returned the same day. Great Pratice!! Awesome Doctor!!!

Both of my son's were showing signs of needing to be seen by a doctor. I called at 2:30 and got them both an appointment at 3:45 the same day! They were seen, diagnosed, and meds prescribed within 45 mins. It was wonderful to get them home and begin the mending process following the professional advise from this staff. So glad I made them my choice when my fist son born in 2009. I can't imagine going to anyone else!

We love everything about this practice! Dr. Mackoul and Dr. Crater are both amazing! My kids absolutely love them! The nurses and staff are always so sweet and helpful. We could not be happier!

Very caring doctor who takes her time to get to know your child and family. Great staff! Wonderful experience to have had my three children under the care of Dr. Annette-as she is known to the children! Would recommend her to anyone looking for great care!

Dr MacKoul was my boys pediatrician for years before we moved out of the state. I can honestly say I truly miss her. I have one child with 3 rare diseases and she was always on top of everything. She worked awesome with his specialists and best of all she always listened to me as a Mom. Highly recommended!!!

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. MacKoul's since she was an infant (9+ years). I have always had very positive experiences with her and her staff. They have always been pleasant, informative, caring and helpful. Never a problem with appointments and are usually running on time. Of course there have been times when they are running behind, but that's ok and it happens. I would rather wait to see Dr. MacKoul than go somewhere else when dealing with my child's health.

If we are satisfied and happy, rarely do we resort to review sites. However when unhappy, people tend to flock to sites like this.
