Dr. Annie A Barseghian, MD

Dr. Barseghian...where do I begin. She doesn't write everything you talk about so she doesn't remember what you talked about. She insists you come in to talk about something you already talked about 2 weeks prior. You get a scan, and surprise, you need surgery? Guess what, she'll get the report but won't read it unless you call and ask for her to look at it and advise. I had to read the ultrascan report myself and figure out that I needed surgery. She didn't call about results. She didn't refer me to a surgeon--I had to track one down. She didn't explain anything. She didn't even call AFTER I had surgery and all hospital release forms were sent to her office. She also judges me about not exercising enough--a tisk tisk tisk kinda thing. I usually leave her office feeling judged and awful about myself. Her office staff forgets to send needed paperwork to labs, are unprofessional and rude. I am on now on a mad hunt for a new doctor after dealing with her nonsense for 3.5 years. Her office… has signs and brochures for Botox and other injectables...REALLY?? Am I at a doctor's office or an esthetician? It's painfully clear that money is her number one patient, not humans. If she reads this, I doubt she'll do any self-reflecting. I hope I'm wrong and she realizes why she's lost yet another 2 patients. My spouse also hated his visits with her.

Dr. Barsheghian moved to another location without informing me of her move. I called the Pasadena location and was given two email addresses but not for certain. I have to find another Primary Care Physician after just completing my labs, and having them sent to her at her request. Unbelievable!

M Telepsych doctor recommended a medication for me to help with a very painful time I'm going through with a family member. The medication requires Dr. Barseghian's approval. After 8 days, and repeated unanswered messages to Dr. Barseghian requesting a response, I feel I must report this. Irresponsible medicine.

Dr. Annie Barseghian is committed to providing the best care. She has a caring personality that shows in the way she treats her patients. She takes her time and does not rush through patients. This is much appreciated.

A young smart doctor with a nice caring character, exactly what I needed for my heart! She is a cardiologist who listens to patients and keeps their best interests in mind. She is extremely intelligent and dedicated to the wellbeing of her patients. I couldnt ask for more after losing my previous cardiologist whom I really loved.

I waited 50 minutes to see the doctor . No other patients in the office . I can see the doctor just sitting at her desk . Very rude to waste other people's time !

One of the worst doctors in Pasadena. Grossly unprofessional, has no time management and organizational skills. Her staff are not reliable. Poor record keeping. You need to call them back and remind them of forwarding your test results to appropriate doctors. The waiting is terrible. There may be one or two the most in waiting room, but you will be waiting an hour and half to see her every time. Very poor rating. It is just wasting your time.

I had meant Dr. Barseghian went she worked with Dr.Patel in Pasadena when I found out that she was starting her own practice I folllowed. Her because I like the way she practice medicine and how she took her time to listen to what was going on but two my surprise just to get an appointment to see her took about two months and the person that answers the phones was so rude and had no compassion of why I had to see her sooner than two months . She replied by telling me to call my insurance and switch doctors . I was shock that a staff member that probably has no degree in anything but to seat behind a desk and answer phones and most likely paper work I guess that would make me depressed having a dead end job . Maybe the Dr. Barseghian has no idea what her staff is doing . Believe I am sure I am not the first to be spoken to like this by her staff I am sure there are others or Dr Barseghian could just be taking on to many patients not good but it's ok my insurance change my doctor… and I was able to the doctor the next day . This new office that my insurance change me to really does care about what a patient is feeling .
