DR ANN is very good DR . I had a complicated pregnancy but in the end ,my baby came out healthy . She stood up for my heath with My company and connected with the best DR in UCI for my baby . She may talk straight forward but she has a warm heart . Thanks DR . Annmarie ..Now my Boy is very smart and healthy

Dr. Nguyen is the best GYN I have ever been a patient of. She is friendly, professional, takes time to address your concerns. Her staff is great. I have never waited longer than 15 to 20 minutes. I'm glad she was recommended to me, and I highly recommend her to others. D. West.

The dentist was extremely professional. She made me comfortable.

Dr. Ann did really accurate diagnose and did up front recommendation before the treatment. Mikako helped a lot for translation and detailed explanations that helped me very comfortable.

This office should not be open , the front office staff is horrible. The lady on the phone will be rude and hang up the phone on you if you do not understand her very broken english. Do not visit this place, the worst customer service ever experienced

I had two visit with her. my initial visit was for an annual pap/birth control refill. I just got my insurance and didn't realy know where to go and had choose her because she was close to my house. BAD MISTAKE always ask for referral!! I called them to make sure they take my insurance and that I should only pay by copay. They took 3 days to confirm my insurance and called me back to schedule an appointment. At the appointment I noted on my request that I wanted an annual check/ pap and birth control prescription. She found that I had an infection so charge me up front for the visit stating that it's not covered. Spent less then 10 minutes with me. Didn't explain to me what was wrong say I had infection told me to come back 2 wks for check up. felt rushed out of the exam room. So I pay 240 for her visit because of a yeast infection I didn't know I had. They told me to follow up in 2 wks and would do the pap at that time and that visit should be only my copay. I didnt want… to go back but wanted to make sure my infection went away. On my follow up she did my pap and everything was normal. saw her for less then 5 minutes. she ran out of the room and was writing her in her notes.. didn't look up at me. I came up to her and ask is that it? she say yeah they will call you about the results. I was so mad about her manner I forgot to ask for my birth control refill. When I called back to request it her staff say that she had decided not to write anymore prescription for birth control. I told her that I had requested it at my initial visit and they never gave it to me. Still waiting for them to call me back. And I received my insurance bill and the initial visit I wasn't even responsible to pay her 240 only my copayment amount! NEVER GO HERE! THEY JUST WANT TO MAKE $$ and don't care who you are

Dr. Nguyen is a caring, compassionate doctor and explains treatment well. HOWEVER, the wait time is horrible! The first time I was there I waited for over 2 hours because she was "stuck in traffic," then had to wait an additional 20 minutes while she saw another patient before me even though I had scheduled the first appointment of the day. When she finally saw me she told me my papsmear was abnormal and would need to schedule me for a biopsy when I already knew that my papsmear was abnormal and had been referred to her by my PCP to do the biopsy. What a waste of my $25 copay, plus 2.5 hours stuck in her office! On my second visit to do the biopsy, I had my feet up in the stirrups and 2 receptionists? medical assistants? opened the door wide open and walked into the room! While I was exposed! Despite saying I was uncomfortable having them there the doctor continued with the biopsy and said they were "assisting" when they did nothing but stand in the back of the room awkwardly. While… the doctor herself is worth the wait as she is very knowledgeable and caring, her staff is completely unprofessional, have 0 bedside manner, and are completely incompetent (as they failed to request medical information from my PCP, failed to check my insurance, and took my vitals without telling me what they were doing, as well as ignoring requests to leave the room). I would recommend this doctor highly if she did not have such a horrible staff.

Worst OBGYN in history, her staff are totally incompetent as well. I went for a follow-up on an abnormal papsmear and they asked me and after an hour of waiting they finally put me inside the waiting room and the nurse came in to ask me for my pap smear results because the staff had forgotten to ask my primary care provider for them, so they couldn't see me that day. I was furious as I'm taking off of work for their incompetence. Then I called my doctor and asked them to fax the results and made another appointment. Once I got there the waiting room was empty and I still waited 30+ minutes because the doctor was doing her make-up????? WHAT?! Then she came in and said "well this appointment is for a consultantion, your pap smear came back abnormal" and sent me off on way? Wait, what?! They had already told me that over the phone you moron, what do you mean I had to make an appointment for you to tell me that again? Then she said to schedule another appointment because they needed to… bill the insurance different. Lady, I probably have cancer and your only concern is to bill my insurance twice?!
