Dr. Anthony Bared has the following 2 specialties
- Plastic Surgery
A plastic surgery specialist is a physician with extensive training in the execution of plastic surgery procedures.
Plastic surgery is the use of surgical procedures to rebuild or reshape injured or misshapen body parts. Congenital defects, such as a cleft lip or palate, can be corrected by a plastic surgery specialist. Injuries sustained during auto accidents also may require the services of a plastic surgery specialist. These procedures fall under the category of reconstructive plastic surgery.
The other category of plastic surgery is cosmetic plastic surgery. Plastic surgery specialists often perform procedures like breast augmentation, face lifts, tummy tucks, liposuction, and lip injection as elective surgeries for patients who wish to make aesthetic improvements.
An otolaryngologist is more commonly referred to as an ENT, someone that can treat medical issues you may be having with you ears, nose, or throat. This is a physician who is specially trained to diagnose and treat conditions of the ear, nose, sinuses, larynx (voice box), mouth, throat, head, and neck. These doctors treat patients through both medical and surgical means. For instance, an otolaryngologist may treat an obstruction of the nasal passage, caused by malformation of the nose, through rhinoplasty.

Dr. Bared is horrible. My nose looks the same. He admitted that he missed a spot, but you really have to be incompetent to miss something like that. While I was sitting in the waiting room a few weeks after my surgery, one of his patients asked me, “are you here to get your nose done, too?” Two other strangers have made similar comments since my surgery. Recently, when I was out with my friends, a stranger approached me and asked, “are you Jewish? You have a big nose.” All of these comments were made AFTER my surgery. From certain angles, my before and after photos look EXACTLY the same. I made a photo album on my phone with before and after pictures to show to other plastic surgeons (I’m getting it redone) and none of them have been able to differentiate between the before/after pictures. It’s extremely disappointing because I have no idea when I will be able to get it redone. Most surgeons will tell you to wait about a year; however, my schedule doesn’t allow me to take time off. That was my one shot and he really screwed up. Another plastic surgeon told me that since Dr. Bared removed so much of my septum, he’s not sure if he can give me the nose I want now. Dr. Bared has good bedside manner, but that’s about it. Don’t let that fool you. He told me my surgery was really complicated, so I had a pretty tough recovery. I was really anxious the first 24 hours after my surgery, and when I texted him about it, he wasn’t comforting or reassuring at all. There were also a couple times he didn’t respond to my emails. All red flags. He’s also too young and inexperienced. Some advice: 1) go to someone with SEVERAL YEARS of experience (NOT including the years they spent as a resident/fellow in training) 2) ask about their rhinoplasty revision rate 3) several surgeons take pride in how similar the “after” picture of the patient is to the computer model/photoshopped picture during your first consultation. Dr. Bared doesn’t do this. He just shows you before and after pics from his previous patients and just expects you to trust him when he tells you that the computer model he gives you will look very similar to the actual results. If any surgeon says this, don’t take their word! You need proof in the pictures.
This past January, Dr. Bared did my facelift and my upper and lower bleph. I always wanted to change certain things about my face and when I went in for my consultation he showed me exactly what I wanted done. His work is brilliant and the compliments people give me about my face are amazing. I have no scars or anything and my confidence is shining out of me. Itâs really incredible that all of a sudden I feel pretty and I couldn't be more grateful to Dr. Bared. He went above and beyond for me. He is a truly nice and humble surgeon, and every single person I spoke with at the office was so nice and professional. I highly recommend this office.
I had a second revision done by Dr. Bared (first 2 surgeries by another) and after my experience with him I would recommend him to everyone. Dr. Bared is very confident in his abilities and knows what he will and won't be able to do for, he performed my septoplasty which had been turned down by other surgeons because of the difficulty. It has been a month and a half since the surgery and I'm more than happy now that I am able to breathe again and have a straight septum. I had a rib cartilage graft for my surgery the recovery was cake, not once did I feel like take pain killers for my nose. If you have any major or minor work to be done I would definitely recommend seeing Dr. Bared before anyone else.
I had a great experience! If you are considering a facial procedure and looking for young, top-talent, Dr Bared will not disappoint. The only thing I would suggest .....is not waiting too long as I am confident he will reach celebrity doc status soon and prices may follow.
