Dr. Anthony Eugene Caglia, MD

I've been a patient of Dr. Anthony Caglia for the past 15 years. He is the most amazing person and artistic facial dermatologist in the world. I've had a number of proceedures performed such as the following: Sculptra (for facial atrophy) Juvederm (filler under eyes, cheeks and lips) Restylyn (filler nasalabial laugh line filler) TCA Peel (with medication prior to proceedure - requires someone to drive you to/from office) Botox (forehead, between eyes, crows feet) and Physician strength facial products such as retin-a I highly recommend that anyone experiencing any of the above referenced "facial aging" mentioned above go immediately to Dr. Caglia. Penny, the office manager is an angel and they have went above and beyond to assist me in preventing the aging process as painlessly and artistically as possible. Dr. Caglia is a master with facial fillers. He even instructs some of the filler sales reps on his various expertise and procedures. I can't speak highly enough… about Dr. Caglia and Penny. DO NOT use Dr. Caglia for CO2 Laser Resurfacing. My face has been left with hypopigmented scars from the laser. I also developed a bacterial infection after having this done. I have had several other opinions and ALL say it was caused from whatever type of laser he used. I had the treatment for sundamage at the age of 39. Sundamage is a natural aging process and I had rather had that then scars all over my face that I have to hide with heavy makeup. It has left me with nothing but depression!! DO NOT LET HIM OR ANOTHER OTHER DOCTOR TOUCH YOUR FACE WITH A LASER!!

Fantastic Dr. Office staff very helpful. The staff and Dr Caglia spend as much time with you as needed. He made sure all of my questions were answered in-depth. Down to earth manner. I would highly recommend him.

I visited Dr. Caglia on Dec 29 for the Hydrelle filler. I am just overwhelmed with the improvement. It is just a joy when people know there is something different but simply say "you look younger". I travel from Arlington to visit Dr. Caglia and would not have it any other way. My goal is to have super great skin like Dr. Caglia. He is a gem and my dermatologist for life!

I'm a college student, who appreciated Dr. Caglia's honesty and generosity. I have seen 4 other Dermatologists, who just looked at me and prescribed medications that doesnt work, time and again. When I finally came to Dr Caglia, he actually sent me to an expert on that specific, less common problem, and then studied up on it and gave me a free checkup. He didn't give me useless meds to keep me coming back. My problem is now better thanks to him!

Portia was the person I made my appointment with. She was very helpful. I had seen one other physician at the Presby Diagnostic center in plano for these procedures. They were very rushed, insensitive and felt very uncomfortable there. When i saw the dr. I knew I didnt want that procedure there. I found Dr. Caglia's web site made an appoint for later that week. He spent time with me and explained everything to me, what risks and benefits were etc. I am sched. laser lipo for my abdomen and love handles and got Botox that day.. wrinkles are gone and real happy.
