Dr. Antonino Iorfino, MD

My child had an appointment with Dr. walker who apparently retired and we were not informed . I received a letter to confirm my daughters appointment with dr Iorfino and I called to reschedule. I spoke with Shannon on 9/1who was a condescending witch and told me they were doing a one time courtesy of seeing my child…. When I never knew who this dr was or if I even wanted my child to see them. She then told me over and over they really need to know what I was Planning on doing for this appointment. I told her I would see if I could make it work and get back to them. Today 9/7 I received a call from Shannon and told her no I would be cancelling this app. I also made her aware of how dissatisfied I was with her communication skills and the way she spoke to me. I asked whom I could speak to about it and she said she answers to no one then hung up on me! This is the most unprofessional experience at a doctors office I have ever experienced. I have changed locations due to this woman and her… poor service skills. I called back to get an email of where I can direct my issues! I look forward to speaking to you dr iorfino! Your staff is lacking and in these hard times they should treat people with more respect! I hope you enjoy my other public comments I will be posting about this experience!

I have been a patient of Dr Iorfino for many years and recently had cataract surgery. I recommend him very highly as an excellent and compassionate physician, and I would never go to any other provider as long as he is available. He has many patients in our area who feel the same way as I do.

One of the few eye Dr's who can give shots to help prevent further degeneration of my elderly friends eyesight. He has a great bed-side manner and an highly experienced Dr. in his field.

I couldn't get an appointment with Dr. I but I got one to see Dr. Walker, his associate. The front office staff was friendly and very helpful and I was taken in to speak with a "prep" person quickly. She was very surly and repeated questions as if I wasn't answering what she asked. She looked at the paperwork I filled out and argued with me when she made a comment about what I wrote. She continued badgering me until I had had enough and walked out. She chased me out the door asking me to return but after the abuse I took I refused and have no plans of ever returning. No one should expect to be abused when they go to a Doctor's office.
