Dr. Anthony Lee Brown, MD

I just want to thank you for the last year in a half that a I suffered because of what you missed in my knee surgery. I returned to you for a year with pain and swelling. You drained it twice after surgery, but never told me what was wrong. I had surgery done over and they could not believe what you missed. They looked at all the first MRI and x rays you did. You missed a piece over a half inch and a lot of loose pieces. Now I have to pat twice, but I am better. Thank You again wish I could sue you.

Tore up my knees 3 times and had Dr Brown fix them also fixed my finger and wrist. Won't let anyone else touch me. To people who don't like him. he does not say "poor baby" he treats you like and adult. Very few words but will answer your questions. I would rather have a great Dr than a Great smoozer.

Amazing at surgery, which is what he does, surgery. But like every surgeon, bedside manner is lacking. However, he fixes your body so it continues to function. That is all he needs to do for you and he does it well. He is one of the best and most experienced orthopaedic surgeons on the South Side of Chicago.

I didn't go to Dr. Brown for compassion; I saw him because he repaired my thumb, one bone of which was shattered into four pieces. I waited in his office for Xrays and appointments no more or less than I have waited for other doctors. He and his staff were professional. I followed his directions after surgery, kept up my PT appointments and exercises, and I recovered the use of my hand. I think he does a great job.

This doctor as well as his staff are the worst people to ever have to deal with. Dr. Brown shows absolutely no compassion, concern, or interest in his patients. His bedside manner is the worst I have ever encountered. More people need to speak up on this doctor.

My husband was in an accident a while ago. Basically what Dr. Brown said to my husband was that he did not have the time to deal with him. He was the worst doctor we have seen so far.
