Dr. Anthony Guy Miccio, MD

Had a problem with a lot of the maintenance drugs I take suddenly was getting different manufacturers and my body knew it and I was having reactions to these changes. Most chain pharmacies do not understand this. Dr. Miccio listened and understood my sensitivity to these changes and helped me find a specialty pharmacy where I could get the meds from pharmaceutical companies that I was used to taking. Very understanding doctor and tries to help you the best he can. Yes you may have to wait a bit but when it’s your turn you get the same attention that other patients received.

He is very big on prescriptions he is not even the doctor to a friend of mine but for cash he keeps prescribing adderal 20 mg 2 times a day so that's 40mg for a 42 year old man who dosent have adhd its ridiculous but that's what cash does. Theres 3 other doctors that do not want this man on adderal but the cash is more important to this doctor. So I guess if you like prescriptions then hes definitely a great doctor for you.

What a joke this practice is. They give out adderall and xanax like its candy. You dont even have to be a patient, you just have to call them. And they misdiagnose several times because they aren't intelligent enough to know when something is really wrong.

Excellent doctor! Cares about his patients! Goes the extra mile for patients. As a retired APRN, I can be critical of doctors. I think this doctor is one of the best around. I highly recommend him!

Always makes you wait

Excellent doctor. Great disgnostician. Very kind and and caring. I am a retired APRN, would not go to anyone else.

Great doctor, very thorough and will spend the time with you. Listens to what you have to say. Has late night appointments, which helps if you work. Only drawback is that you will have to wait and wait and wait. I don't think I have ever waited less than an hour for him. You will wait in the outside office and then inside those little rooms with the door closed. He schedules his appointments every 15 minutes, but he could spend about 30 with you so he is always backed up. He likes to talk also so that delays things. One time I waited for over 2 1/2 hours and was ready to walk out the door. Love him as a doctor but needs some time management.

Truly cares about patients. spends time with you as you need it. Does not give up. Will keep at it to get the right Dx. Very calm and patient.

Dr. Miccio is easy to talk to and is a good listener, but past two times there I had to wait an hour for him. This last visit, for a check up, he was running so late that he spoke a mile a minute to get everything in and zoomed out real fast. The practice has probably become too large.
