I see a few one star reviews around 2012, I have to admit I noticed something was awry for a time but before and since he has been nothing but a sincere and caring doctor that ignores the prescribe Drug First culture of most doctors nowadays. I go to several specialists and their answer to everything is a drug that masks the symptoms, funny, they never mention cure, Dr. Phan tries to get to the problem.

Great Doctor. He is never in a rush when he is with you.

Dr Phan is that rare doctor who sits down and fully explains everything about your diagnosis, symptoms, prescribed medicines. He takes his time and analyzes you, your history, your current situation. He always goes the extra mile for you and his diagnosis and treatment is always spot on. I love Dr Phan and have referred many friends and family to him because I want them to get the best care just like me. Also, a shout out to his wonderful office staff who always help you get in and his medical team who are caring, kind and professional!

Myself and my roommate have seen Dr Phan for 5 years and he wad good for the first couple to a point. He is arrogant and argumentative. We have had yelling matches. If you disagree with him, watch out. He is good with ordinary. Had appt to see him and he called in sick...ok..them office told me it is two months to get another appt. Its not my fault he was sick. Im with an hmo and its not fair that he gets paid for me being a patient under him but had no time for me. Currently looking for a new doctor...mean whileI am stk going to the urgent care and paying higher fees. Already they listen to their patients.

I have been a patient for 19 yrs. Hewas at first a great caring dr. thensomething happened to him. You can't getany appt. when needed. He refills rxswithout checking and the billing officeis unreachable and the front office isrude uncaring. He has changed for theworse and he doesn't care. I don't feelwe can trust him any longer and finallyleft the office. They do not return yourcalls and he gave me a wrong strength onone medicine luckily I caught it before Itook it. He is also on Cymbalta and hasa brother on drugs. I am sorry he has changed. He does not care if one of hispatients leaves he has others to take your place

called Dr. Phan, told him having side affects from medication, he said he didnt have time to deal with me, that he was working on other projects and had too much on his plate working on building another company. He was very cruel to me and spoke to me harshly. I do not believe his website is who he says he is even with testimonials. my experience devastated me as I have suffered from brain bleeding and side affects to meds he prescribed to me that he did not monitor when I called him many times to tell him he did not resond. I had to go to the er to get help.

I am an established patient but I have found that they have grown to big and that getting appointments are very difficult. Dr Phan is a very good doctor but I just tried to get and appointment for a physical and was told that I would have to wait over a month. They tried passing me on to an assistant which is not what I wanted.

Having read the most recent survey I felt compelled to offer my personal and family experiences. I have been going to Dr Phan for almost 15 years after he sucessfully diagnosed my chronic fatigue. Over the years he has been kind enough to trat my wife and all of my children. My whole family love the treatment we receive from Dr Phan and his staff. My wife thinks so highly of Dr Phan she has made me promise she can continue to see him after we retire. HE IS THE BEST DR. I HAVE EVER BEEN TO and I have lived in St. Louis, Michigan and California.

I was previously prescribed an anti-seizure medication per my neurologist's instructions, and I've been on that medicine for about 2 years. I went to Dr. Phan's office and made him aware of my ailments and he proceeded to tell me that the medication I'm on was unnecessary and that he could fix my problems with vitamins. Not just any vitamins either, they had to be from a specific website of his choosing that required a $75 membership fee. He also lied and told me there were things wrong with me that weren't wrong, all while telling me this he wouldn't let me look at my blood test results for myself. He also told me I was going to have Parkinson's disease within the next 2 years. After arriving at my house, my family and I looked at my test results only to see there was nothing wrong with me. What I gathered from all this was that he's getting kickbacks from specific companies for referring patients to them whether they need the product or not.
