I saw Dr. Raynes for about 8 years. Courteous and knowledgeable, certainly experienced. However at times he seemed dismissive and I had a sense that he was relating more to the computer screen than to me.

Two Stars

I have been seeing Dr Raynes for many years , but , lately he seems more disorganized . He does not discuss potential side effects of medication . He does not seem to have knowledge on newer medications & risks associated with them. Overall he is empathetic & caring .
