Doctor is good but the nurse staff is Rude! No respect for others time. Made to wait for over 3 hours!

I have been going to Dr. Brown for the last year or so and wish to share with anyone looking for a great Dr. he does fit the bill, unfortunatly that comes with an incredible wait time. Every time i have had an appointment ( booking MY time) that has included a 3+ hour wait to even be taken back to the second waiting room, usually another 20 to 30 minutes. He is extremely nice and knowledgable and it is terribly unfortunate that the wait time will be the reason for looking for another physician in my area. I just cannot justify spending 1/2 of a work day waiting. The front office staff seems to be completely overwhelmed most of the time and are scarce behind the window where you sign in, and once the Dr. has finished with you so are they. I have good insurance and would like to feel like my business is appriciated.

My wife and I are brand new patients. She waited over two hours. Two days later I waited an 1.5 and still had two in front when I left. When attempting to reschedule the receptionist was extremely rude and stated â??we have to deal with this all the time.â?? Enough said.
