Dr. Anton Zaryanov brings extensive knowledge and experience to the Spine Team Texas surgical staff in Allen, Richardson and Rockwall. He is a fellowship-trained, board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon specializing in treating adult degenerative disorders of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine.After completing a spine fellowship at William Beaumont Hospital in 2014, Dr. Zaryanov practiced in Denver, CO where he performed spine surgery as well as orthopedic trauma procedures. There, he treated degenerative spine conditions, including scoliosis, in addition to complex injuries of the upper and lower extremities. Dr. Zaryanov is not only knowledgeable but also compassionate. He communicates well. However, most importantly for me, my care has been collaborative. Dr. Zaryanov listened to my issues, addressed each point, and composed the necessary protocol with my collaboration. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Z and I had to conduct our appointment over the internet due to the Coronavirus. It was very different for both of us, but we achieved in top notch fashion. Dr Z provided his diagnosis and a couple of options for me. Answered all my questions. I am very knowledgeable about my situation. Big thank you to him. Once this virus is past our Country, we'll do a face to face. I highly recommend Dr Z.

Loved him. Used him for a second opinion and he concurred with my first surgeon. Different technique, but said outcome should be the same. Good sense of humor.

Everything about Spine Team Texas and Dr Zaryanov is top notch! I had ALIF surgery 6 months ago and I have my life back!

Dr. Zaryanov was very kind and friendly. He explained the surgical option and told me what I would need to consider to have surgery. I will definately choose Dr. Z for my surgery.

After a bad fall, I visited a hospital emergency room where I had an Xray of my back. The doctor on duty as well as the Radiologist stated there was no sign of break or fracture . Knowing that I needed to see a spine doctor, I also had a CT of my spine. Again the report stated no evidence of break or fracture but that I have a lot of stenosis. Due to a lot of mid to low back pain, I took these tests & saw Dr Zarynov. He immediately noticed that I had broken my L1 vertebrae. He clearly advised me of all my options. I am very impressed with his professionalism, patience answering all my questions and his kind bedside manner.
