Dr. Anupama Saigal, MD

Dr. Saigal is very compassionate, cares about the patient and answers any questions you may have. She eased my fears as she talked about the procedure I would be having. She even gave me her cell phone number and said to call with any questions I may have once I left her office or after my surgery. I highly recommend her. Her staff is also amazing.

Dr. Saigal is an accomplished doctor who operated on me for breast cancer and teamed with my chemo oncologist and radiation oncologist. Dr. Saigal took the time to explain my diagnosis, explain where my cancer was, the type of cancer, how it would be treated by her and in conjunction with the team. She also answered my husband's questions while I was gobsmacked with the "C" word at that second visit! The result of my surgery was successful but also aesthetic; she cared enough to leave my breast without a "divot" and she hid the scar on my areola. Wow, was I impressed! When I began to have anxiety between chemo and radiation I called her at home (she tells her patients to do that if we have concerns when the office isn't open). She said anxiety is very common and she prescribed medication for it; what a relief! If you want a skilled, compassionate doctor who wants you to thoroughly understand your illness, with a real personal touch, Dr. Saigal is a perfect choice! I am so glad… she is my doctor!
