Was told prescription is already sent to my pharmacist. I called my pharmacist next day and no prescription sent. Called doc office and I was told Physician is with patient and probably end of the day prescription will be sent. No proper direction after after doc check, blood work etc if patient can leave the office or go back to the room.

Love Dr. Arun, very friendly, quick, and pays lots of attention to you and your needs, staff was also very helpful and kind. Overall environment was very welcoming

I love Dr. Arun and I am sad to say I will be looking for a new practice. Her staff member's are always changing from left and right. The PA's are never the same when I go back. The front staff starting with the manager have a nasty attitude. I had asked for them to please mail me a copy of my receipt, and they wanted me to get access to the portal, felt like it is a demand to do as they say. They even told me " We do not buy any stamps." Excuse me !!! What doctors office refuse to mail out something. Then they wanted me to stop by the office. Oh the irony I tell you.

She is a Good doctor, very much carring, taking care of my health problems. Office staff also very nice. The billing office also taking care of my billing issues. Overall i recommend this doctor.
