Dr. Anya Kishinevsky

'Dr.K' was the on-call hand Specialist for the hospital I went to when I almost chopped off my finger. I don't know when they attempted to get in touch w/ her, but they kept me waiting for over 4 hrs in an near-empty emergency room for over 4 hrs only to tell me that she will see me in her office later that morning, forcing me to fight traffic w/ use of only my left hand. She then proceeded to bend/squeeze my finger until blood broke through my 28 stitches, then says she can't help me b/c I "didn't bring my X-Rays". No one at the hospital even believed that she said that b/c, as the on-call Specialist, she already had access to it. Her employer was probably so embarrassed by her lack of empathy and care that they agreed to waive the bill.

My family first started visiting Dr. Kishinevsky over a decade ago when my toddler received a deep gash to his face and I wanted to make sure it wouldn’t result in a permanent scar. Her work was fantastic, and since then, we’ve been going to her (and sending everyone we know, including a good percentage of my son’s Bantam hockey team) for everything from stitches to cosmetic work. Dr. Kishinevsky is extremely kind and approachable and has the proverbial “great bedside manner,” and she always explains what she is doing and why in a way that anyone can understand. Most importantly, though, she is an artist and knows how to make people look natural from cosmetic surgery. Even things like fillers can make your face look strange and unnatural when done incorrectly (or by people who aren’t professionals or don’t understand how the face works), but when done right, can make you look 10 years younger. I can usually tell when people I know have work done, but when you go to Dr.… Kishinevsky, people generally have no idea you’ve had anything done unless they remember what you used to look like. At this point, there is no one whom I trust more, especially with my face!

Dr. Kishinevsky is an excellent professional and a caring human being. Her results are impressive but not obvious. She treated me and my cousin I recommended with warmth and a gentle touch. Her prices are reasonable; she is always open to feedback and responds promptly.

Doctor Kishinevsky and her assistants provide an extremely professional and at the same time, relaxing atmosphere, resulting in a level of patient comfort that is unmatched. Three people in my extended family as well as several close friends have had surgery, injections, lazer treatment and other procedures performed by Dr. Kishinevsky and could not be more pleased with the level of skills exhibited by the doctor and her assistants, and most importantly, the incredible results! Dr. Kishinevsky's charmingly accented Russian and French are a great plus! I give Dr. Kishinevsky my highest recommendation.

I needed to have a large pre-cancerous growth on my face removed. I chose Dr. Kishinevsky because I saw her name in the magazine where she was among the best doctors in Connecticut for the third year in a row but when I found myself in her care, I was very pleased with her soft manners, light touch and wonderful skills. A barely visible scar on my face has completely disappeared in about a month. I am very thankful to Dr. Anya Kishinevsky. I plan to come back for skin rejuvenation treatments

Dr Anya did a necklift for me, and I could not recommend her highly enough. She has the perfect combination of technical skill, communication and kindness. I certainly appreciated the pre-op appointments so I knew exactly what to expect. The procedure itself was easy, and the several post-op visits gave me extra reassurance. She is the BEST.
