As a current employee, Danbury and New Milford Hospitals continue to suffer from inefficient leadership by Oltikar as there are no better hospitals crazy enough to hire her.

Maybe she used to be a good doctor. Not anymore. At first seemed ok but after multiple interactions was short and have attitude. Maybe she was having a few bad days? I think doctors have a responsibility to be kind to patients even if they are having a bad day.

Not good. My wife ended up with tears of issues due to her not treating my wife properly. Second opinion this was a total lack of judgement and something that could’ve been easily avoided.

Dr. Oltikar is the best doctor I ever had. She actually listens to her patients. Helps those who have trouble with their payments. Took very good care of my husband when he was sick. She is a gift from God.
