Excellent manner!

Dr Abel was wonderful with my elderly aunt! He was kind, patient, and went above and beyond during her appointment.

Poor Communication

I had an appointment scheduled and arrived 15 minutes early as requested to complete paperwork. 30 minutes passed from the time of my appointment, I went to the front desk only to find out that the doctor hadn't even arrived for the day. I inquired how much longer I would need to wait and was told at least an hour as there were 3 patients in rooms also waiting for the doctor. I feel that the patients waiting should have been informed of this situation so that they could decide if they wanted to stay and WAIT for the doctor! Total lack of respect for the patients as far as I'm concerned. I had already missed an hour and a half of work and had to leave. No call back from the office today with apologies, extremely disappointing and unprofessional! I will find a new doctor!!!!
