Dr. Ariz R. Mehta is triple board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, pain and sports medicine. His areas of expertise include orthopedic, spine, sports, and pain medicine. He has advanced expertise in interventional spine and pain techniques, electrodiagnostics, and musculoskeletal ultrasound.. Dr. Mehta received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and his medical degree from New York Medical College. He then completed residency at UMDNJ/Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation where he was also named chief resident. He went on to complete a pain medicine fellowship at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Mehta is also a clinical assistant professor for the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School and New York Medical College.

Excellent physician Excellent hands Excellent facility All in one for my pain management diagnosis and treatment I did not have to go to several places for X-rays , mri , physical therapy and pain meds and injections His staff and doctors are very well trained and helped me get back to my work as a telephone installer with the least meds Recommend him and this facility highly

Excellent physician excellent staff Total pain management Unlike other doctors who just give pain pills because I went to several both he and his Nurse practitioners and the other doctors in practice emphasized the importance of physical therapy which was not exercise but massage and ultrasound that I reluctantly agreed to get but I am so glad I did I am now able to live my day with less medicine and KEEP my job

Excellent surgeon Helped me with my pain after a work related injury I asked my employer to authorize treatment with him as he participates with all workers comp insurance . Got a very pain free condition I am back to work

Very intelligent Doctor with wide experience Gives injections without sedation which is what I wanted He is the only physician I know who does it without anesthesia in Jersey city I am back to work

Excellent pain management doctor His surgical facility and the entire facility with staff is excellent For pain this facility will treat your pain He gives the spine and knee injections which I got and that made me feel so much relieved with my pain I am now able to get back to work

Excellent physician Excellent staff Excellent nurse practitioners The facility has in house X-rays , MRI , Physical THerapy, chiropractor , foot doctor, vascular tech , and He performs injections which have helped my back pain and neck pain which have persisted even after surgery . Recommend highly

Excellent service The first visit was long But I was relieved of my pain once Dr Ariz gave me the injection He did not give me pain meds He recommended therapy which I did Very happy with his services

I have diabetic neuropathy and I went to his facility for treatment of numbness and pain His foot doctor and physical therapist evaluated me and Dr gave me medicines and I am now having great relief
