I wish I went to the other doctor there

The office is so ratchet and ridiculous

horrible staff, rude and extremely unprofessional!

dr Haywood has been my children's, primary physician for a number of years . I find her to be very kno wledgeable about the health needs of my children as well as my grandson who was born 2 years ago and has become a patient of his also.

What I dislike the most about this office it crawls under my skin them darn medical assistance in the front , they are new an dont know what they are doing compared to the ones we started with when dr Haywood was first by plantation hospital plaza! I request a physical form on a Monday they told me it wouldn't be ready until sat so I called Friday an they told me it was ready, I picked it up an it was sealed in an envelope! The purpose of the firm was to register my daughter for school so I go to the school with the form the school opens it only to find out that the form is empty an only my daughters name was on there how embarrassing! I wish that there was a complaint line really!

Dr. Haywood has been our Dr. since my daughter was 1 day old. My daughter loves her. Takes the time to answer all our questions. Sometimes she gives the answers before my questions can be asked.
