Dr Gallanosa is an excellent, trustworthy, intelligent doctor. He truly cares about his patients and is always honest. He spends adequate time with me. The back staff such as his nurses, are professional, patient, and understanding. The nurses on staff are pleasant at all times. Very welcoming. Highly recommend people to seek care with Dr. Gallanosa. On the downside, his front staff is a problem. They rarely ever great patients, unwelcoming, and some have bad attitudes. Some are very rude, impatient and shouldn't be working in the medical field at all. Try to get on there good side because if not, you will be a high target and they will make your life stressful.

Wow, waited for 1 1/2 hours to not see the doctor. To see his PA instead. And that lasted less than 10 minutes. Will be looking for new doctor. He is too important to see his patients.

He is great doctor and doesn't act like he cares he really cares about his patient's and their needs. His office staff makes you feel so comfortable with their professional welcoming attitude it makes your visit seem so calming and relaxing. I would refer any and everyone I know to his office.
