The nicest doctor I ever had and the only one to get my blood pressure under control

He washed his hands, really organized and punctual. However his treatment didn't work for me so I saw another doctor and I had scabies and my rash went away with simple permethrin cream, and the itching is gone. How come an infectious disease doctor, such as yourself with so much experience and knowledge couldn't diagnose me properly? Just utterly baffles my mind. Then again a lot of other doctors didn't know what I had either and now I am being treated correctly by another doctor, who actually HELPED me.I guess you have to go through a lot of catepillars to get to a butterfly. Sir you were not the butterfly.

I was given Dr. Lentnek through a telemed appointment. As soon as we connected on the phone, he told me to wait while he finished up another case. When he came back, he was yelling into the phone "hello, hello, where are you?" Then he asked me what my complaint was- poison ivy. I explained that I have had it many times over my 60 years. He asked me where it was- arms, and just spread to my face and left eye and ear. He went into a lengthy lecture about it in my eye, and told me I needed to go straight to the ER. I said no. I have had it in my eye plenty of times, and prednisone clears it up within days. He then asked me what medication I wanted and what dosage! Let's see, who is the dr here. When I told him he could access my records from last visit, he refused, claiming I was the dr and he the clerk. Of course I couldn't tell him the dosage, and so it is wrong, and I will now have to call telemed back tomorrow to speak with someone else. Never, ever in my life have I had an experience… like this with a dr. Good thing the conversation was recorded and I left a review in the follow up survey. Not sure why he is practicing. Telemed needs to get rid of him.

This “doctor” barely listened to my attempts to describe my symptoms and was extremely dismissive of my concerns. I wish I had reviewed this site before agreeing to be connected to him for a virtual appointment.

Had him on a virtual visit. He was quick and responsive. Would definitely recommend and choose again.

I had this guy for a virtual visit through my insurance using Amwell. He rolled his eyes at me twice, spent less than 30 seconds on the phone with me and then wrote a report accusing me of being insistent and not interested in using nasal steroids or that my sinus infection could be viral, things he never discussed with me or he would have known I already use nasal steroids, and that I know when I can’t get any air in or out of my nose I need antibiotics and steroids as I have sinus problems. He then stated he prescribed the meds I requested to “keep client happy”. I have used Teledoc on many occasions and never dealt with this lack of professionalism, so I am hesitant to ever use Amwell again if this is the type of doctor they employ.

Very rude. After waiting 45 minutes, he asked how he could help me. While I was answering, in mid-sentence he interrupted and asked how old I was. Then he said, let me look at your paperwork. He took me to the next room and told me to sit for 5 minutes while he "reviewed my paperwork". I heard him call another patient, asking "how can I help you" and "I hope you feel better." I went to his door and asked, "isn't it my turn?" and he said "yes" I then asked, "did you just make a phone call to another patient?" he answered "yes." I went to the front desk, got my check back and WALKED OUT.

Absolutely the rudest, least compassionate doctor I have ever come across. He should retire today and do everyone that needs quality healthcare a better option. St. Catherine's should be ashamed that they even have this jerk practicing on their property. Do not trust him with your care. I can go on and on......I think I made my point.

Don’t waste your time. Very rude, had no intention of helping. I had a serious infection, he looked at lab results and dismissed any issue, I had the infection for close to 6 months due to his ignorance. I finally saw a real infectious disease doctor in the city who was able to identify the issue and give me the correct medication. He is not an expert in his field. Avoid him at all costs.

After waiting more than an hour, the doctor asked a few questions, and it became clear that he had no desire to help me. His answer to my complaint of ten years of recurring tick-borne illnesses was to refer me to the CDC website for chronic fatigue syndrome. I felt like I had spent my time and money only to have my intelligence insulted and my physical complaints completely discounted.
