Dr. Arnold Elliott Needleman, MD

Office staff not just incompetent but evil pathological lazy liars. That is a fact not an opinion. Doctor could care less, especially about his patients.

Dr Needleman is good "if" you can get an appointment with him.... you could also go as a walk-in but it takes hours to be seen. My biggest issue is with referrals. I need to see a rheumatologist and when I asked for a referral to see my existing hematologist they told me that they did not work with him, even though he excepts my insurance. Dr Needleman's office must get kickbacks or something, because they will only refer you tothe university of Miami, for a specialist. So if I already have a rheumatologist that I see, and he has my records and excepts my insurance, and is willing to see me within a couple of days why should I have to wait three months to get an appointment with university of Miami? They do the same for others specialist and the university of Miami is so backed up that it takes months to be seen. It is our right as a patient to be able to go to whatever specialist we want as long as he excepts our insurance but Dr Needleman's office will not give you a referral… for a specialist unless it's one that they work with. This is definitely a Hippa violation

I recently had some severe medical issues and thru tests, MRI, CT'S, and XRAY'S Between him and his colleagues at DCII Spinal Stenosis all within one day. This is a team I want on my side.

Very professional and courteous staff. Dr. Needleman takes his time with you, asks the "right" questions and is one of the best doctors I have encountered in a long time.

I think that Dr. Needleman takes the time to discuss any issues that I have had, and either diagnosed them or referred me to a specialist. He has wonderful bedside manners, and is very caring, empathetic, and is very thorough!

staff is unprofessional and rude, brushes you off. I tried for over a month to get a simple form filled out. Dr. Needleman is very difficult to reach for questions. Have changed doctors.

Dr. Needleman's staff at the Kimberly address/office is the worst I have ever encountered. They are rude, obnoxious, unprofessional, and treat people like cattle. Unfortunately, this reflects very poorly on Dr. Needleman, who appears harried at visits, and does not seem to listen to the patient.
