Dr. Arsalan Shahzad, MD

He is a fantastic doctor! The staff is split, half stellar and half questionable and cranky. I just witnessed the lady at the counter embarrass a gentleman with an unpaid balance as loud as she could. I have been waiting 45 mins for my appointment, an hour if you include the 15 mins they asked me to be here early for! He is a phenomenal dr, too bad for the rest of the experience

Dr. Shahzad has been my husband’s Cardiologist for many years, and we have complete faith in him. He is so caring and spends a lot of time answering any questions we might have. His nursing and office staff are so sweet and helpful. As far as we’re concerned, his rating should be higher than a 5.

Dr. Shahzad is an excellent Cardiologist. He spends time explaining things and is very caring. We are blessed to have him as our Dr.

Dr. Shahzad is the most caring Doctor I have ever had. I called on night because my pulse rate was very high. Most Doctors would have told the answering service to tell me to go to the hospital. He called and stayed on the line about 20 minutes with me until the pulse started going down. I asked him one day what was his hobby. He told me his patients. He will sit and talk to you as long as you want him to on visits and answers every question. Sometimes there might have been a problem when he moved into the new office but that is to be expected with new office personel.I could not ask for a better doctor.Jo AnnSome of the reviews that I have read are untrue. Must have been a bad day for some. He is very confident and has even given me information on problems unrelated to the heart. Does not rely on nurse for answers.

I didn't have to wait and everyone including the doctor were very nice.

I have never paid a copay with my medicare and supplement. However, last time I went to Dr. Shahzad's office, the staff told me that I would be charged upwards of $60! I did not have the money, because I live on a fixed income. Now they are billing me for the amount. Also, they pre-approve patients and make the patients pay BEFORE the tests are even done. Horrible.
