Dr.Braunwell and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable Dr.Braunwell listens to you and take great care of your health issues. His staff is very friendly. I have been seeing him for at least 15 years, and feel very safe under his care.

This office does not allow you to make an appointment and they also close early if they don't have any patients. This is very aggravating when a patient needs to be seen and appears at their office three hours before closing only to find they have closed early on the only night they stay open late. Often I am the only patient in the waiting room, with no other cars in the parking lot yet I sit in the waiting room for up to 30 minutes with no apology or explaination. Often they do not return my call and rarely follow up on requests and procedures. I am forced to use this Dr because of my insurance and chose him because of the late hours. Very frustrating to deal with this office.
