Dr. Arthur Freeland, MD

My 87 yr old dads primary care Dr retired so we were looking for a new one. Dad had his appointment this week and I was thoroughly pleased with Dr Freeland. He asked a lot of questions to my dad but also listened to me as his caregiver. He was extremely thorough. He had some suggestions for medicine changes that I hope will make dad's quality of life better. Glad we found Dr Freeland.

I have been seeing Dr. Freeland for over 6 years and I feel very confident under his care. His is a great diagnostician, has diagnosed accurately (and treated effectively) conditions that other doctors missed or that were very unusual for my demographic. Dr Freeland is a great educator too, obviously keeps up with the medical literature and takes time to explain diagnoses. He is kind and also wonderful with children.

Excellent and capable physician. He saved my life When I showed up at his office with a heart attack thinking I had the flue. His follow up care over the last several years has been exceptional. I am lucky I chose him as my primary care doc. GREAT and caring staff too!

I saw Dr. Freeland for 5 years, and he was a wonderful all-around Doc. He provided wonderful labor and delivery care for my 3rd child, and compassionate, well-researched care for my family as a whole. My favorite doctor I've ever had.

Dr. Freeland has a sweet caring staff and he is the best doctor in NE Missouri if you wish to have a natural birth in the hospital. He listened to me and my concerns and we came up with the best birth plan for me. A repeat c.section (this was hard for me, as i planned a homebirth for my first child, and slowly had to come to terms that i just couldn't do the gentle birth all my friends had...but i could birth with as much power and love as i could.)
