Terrible experience with this man. Will NEVER return there. Arrogant, uncaring and a wise as. Shame on him. My dentist showed me more concern about the issue that I saw Dr. Gonsalves about!

What can I say about Dr. Gonsalves. This man saved my father life. My father has a very bad case of diabetes. Dr. Gonsalves has been working with my father for several years. We avoided amputation and my father has been improving over the years. Thanks!

Recently had carotid artery surgery at Lawrence General Hospital. The procedure was performed by Dr. Gonsalves. The whole experience blew me away!The planning to get me to that day with the best possible outcome was flawless. I was on the operating table @ 7:AM on a Thursday and home @2 PM on a Friday. I am recovering well with no pain and no blockage. My incision is healing incredibly well and there was little swelling and no black and blue issues.Thanks from a very happy client!

Is it possible to love your Vascular & Vein Surgeons? Absolutely! Dr. Gonsalves and Dr. Pare are top notch. Look no further. I have seen a lot of doctors recently since having a sudden heart attack at 38 & they are simply the best. The care I have received is truly a blessing.
