Dr. Arthur Raines

Dr. Arthur Raines, is a great Orthopedics Surgeon. I had knee surgery on Monday Nov. 4, 2024, to repair a Lateral Meniscus Tear, which was very painful and unbearable. The surgery was triumphant! Dr. Raines, medical and administrative staff were courteous, polite and gentle. He is surrounded by a team of professionalism and enormous mannerisms. Windy Hill Orthopedic, will be remembered, for their effectiveness and excellency. When one discover this type of care with such remarkable outcome. Confidence and Trust are gained knowing you are in the right environment, where you can expect nothing but the best. Overall, I had a great experience at Resurgens Orthopedics - Windy Hill. Thanks to Dr. Arthur Raines, for a successful knee surgery on Monday Nov. 4, 2024. The front desk at Check in, the Nurses and the Anesthesiologist, were courteous, polite and gentle to me. Dr. Raines was professional, his performance and mannerisms were effective and excellent. Next, I had my follow up Post-OP visit with him on Tuesday Nov. 12, 2024, he said I am moving forward on schedule with my healing and recommend therapy right away. Dr Raines was extremely kind and took time with me and explained everything and I need to do do and what to expect wit my recovery.

I went to Dr Raines on recommendation from a friend. I must say I wasn’t disappointed. I told Dr. Raines I wanted to get from today’s visit to surgery. He told me he could get me in 20 days. Ask and you shall receive!!!! My surgery started at 7am done by 11 am up and walking by 4 pm. No pain except where suitures were I was pleasantly surprise. I met Dr Raines in 2019. He performed replacement surgery on my right knee. My family and I were very pleased and chose him to replace my left knee in 2022. He and his staff were very attentive to my concerns and I would refer to him to everyone that asks who helped me.
