Dr.Rosiello in my opinion is a great surgeon , I was paralyzed from my waist down and Dr. Rosiello did a fabulous job , and If I ever have to have surgery again on my back I certainly will go back too him,

In my opinion, if you need a good caring, doctor that has a great practice with a NICE caring staff, go else where, NEXT!!This staff is HORRIBLE, the new secretary he has is extremely RUDE and needs to take a course in people relations as she does not put her in a patients place at all! God forbid you do not undertand the instructions given to you (which can be over whelming when you are scheduling a PAINFUL surgery) this secretary is very snotty, and lacks compassion and plain and simple MANNERS.The last secretary-nurse he had Rosemary was a doll and professional and FOLLOWED UP LIKE A PRO is EXPECTED TO.Wake up and watch what this woman is doing to your patients on that phone and with their questions, she is just very short,and ruse with any concerns I may have as a patient and am I am looking into filing a complaint with my insurance carrier.By the way Dr. Rosiello has a big head there, he is not GOD, but walks into a hospital room like he is, especially when youre TRYING to tell… him, the surgery didnt go so well, and you are in worse shape this TIME..If you are considering this practice which has a GREAT feed back from the surrounding community, PLEASE do your home work, and even if it means driving further to another facility, when it comes to your health, you owe it to yourself, not the feelings of this down hill staff.This staff keeps you waiting of an average of an hour and a half for an appointment, wich is not too human, especially after a LONG back surgery a week before, they leave you sitting there for almost 2 hours for an appointment! I was nearly walking like a cripple when I left that office, he nor his staff seemed to care at all.This staff FAILS to call you back to go over procedures, and his latest secretary-nurse FAILS to schedule your next procedure when you were told WE WILL CONTACT YOU..I am very let down with this practice..Seems once they get your insurance payment after surgery, OR IF they cant seem to help your problem, they just FORGET you and are on to the NNNNEXT!!!! :-p
