Dr. Artis Preston Truett III, MD

Rudest Dr. I have ever encountered. He did 2 small surgeries on me and both times never even acknowledeged me as being in the room. He talked to his nurse the whole time, and acted like I wasn't even there. I had to ask when he just walked out of the room if he was finished or not. I would not recommend sending anyone to see him. I loved Sandra Cox when going there for several years, but I cut my ties with this establishment because of Truett. He is so full of himself. He needs a job where he doesn't have to deal with people. Terrible physician disposition. Lost our business because of him.

Unfortunately we are unable to be included as patients of this clinic due to the fact we have Medicaid. Apparently poorer people do not warrant such service.

Dr. Truitt has done several mohs surgeries on me and my elderly dad he did a great job he did one on my face and you can't even see it I really like him.

Very professional and he let me know exactly what I was looking g at and what to expect.

He is the worst Dr., I have ever been to. I would not recommend him to anyone that I love or care about, or even my worst enemy. I don't appreciate his office telling my friends that it was my fault that he ruined my face and telling them it was a mole, that I let go to long, it wasn't a mole and I had been going to Dana Jennings for years. He has the worst bed side manner, I have ever seen in a Dr., even, if he is battling cancer. I found my own Dr., so don't tell my friends, that you found me a Dr.!!! I don't care how smart or what schools, he graduated from, you can be nice to people. Connie Gaynor Duncan

Did Mohs surgery on my face in 2010, again in 2011. I have had several surgeries trying to get my face back to looking normal, after he butchered me. Have had 3 Plastic surgeons look at me, they can't believe what's he did to me. 2 in L'ville, 1 in Nashville.

i first saw Dr Truett back in 2009 for a cancerous spot. He removed the cancer & I have had no problems since then. I continue to get yearly checkups. You may wait 15 minutes or longer to see him, but I assure you he is worth the wait. Very smart & excellent patient care. I have recommended several people to his office & they are just as pleased as my wife & I have been. You can tell he is very educated just by talking to him.

Dr. Truett has been wonderful to me. He found the skin cancer and removed it thru Mohs. The resulting gap was more than he could close so he has been most supportive in getting me to others to get the work done. I find him to be a caring doctor that wil listen to me and thatI can talk to. He is however very shy in a way. You have tio ibsist that he stay and tlak and than he will.
