After loosing a tremendous amount of weight I was STILL reluctant to look in the mirror. While the decision to have skin removal / cosmetic surgery was not an easy one, it was the best decision I have ever made. Dr. Guiloff was EXTRAORDINARY. You couldn't ask for a more professional, kind, and skillful surgeon. Not to mention the ENTIRE staff. From the minute you walk in the door you are treated with overwhelming care. Dr. Guiloff transformed my life and it is without reservation that I recommend Estetica Institute in Palm Beach Gardens!

I am a middle aged man who was embarrassed to take off my shirt. I was referred to Dr. Guiloff for a consultation and am so happy he is my physician. The results are amazing! I feel so much more confident in wearing fitted shirts and going to the beach without a shirt. I would give 6-stars if I could! Thank you Dr. Guiloff...

I underwent breast reduction surgery and Dr Guiloff and staff took care of me every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr Guiloff and his staff. They went above and beyond and made my recovery much easier. My new breasts are beautiful and I can now run again and work out.

The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.From the first visit, I felt completely confident in my decision to have Dr Guiloff perform my rhinoplasty. He was extremely thorough when he explained the details of the procedure, expected outcome, and after surgery care. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. He did an excellent job straightening my nose. I am beyond thrilled with the outcome of my procedure. I would definitely recommend Dr Guiloff to anyone interested in having plastic surgery.

Went to Dr. Guiloff for a lower face and jaw lift and my upper eyes. From the start I felt I was in great hands. He is professional, knowledgeable and caring. Post surgery was not a walk in the park but that was to be expected. It took some time to start to look like me but it was worth the wait!! Now I’m new and improved. Everyone tells me I look 20 years younger!! All thanks to Dr. Guiloff!!

I recently had a tummy tuck with Dr Guiloff. After my consultation I knew that I was in the hands of a professional and caring Doctor. Dr Guiloff explained the procedure thoroughly and answered all my questions. I am thrilled beyond all expectations with my results. The O.R. staff couldn't have been more professional and caring. I will certainly recommend Dr Guiloff to my family and friends.
