Dr Arunasree Chinnakotla, MD

Horrible. She is aloof, cold, unfriendly, unprepared, not comprehensive in her patient assessments, doesn’t ask about previous conditions (I guess she just knows everything without discussing with the patient?), does not communicate her medical opinion. She has the bedside manner of a wax museum.

I received a letter that Dr. Chinnakotla will no longer be a a part of the Dignity Health Medical Group-Dominican effective Dec. 21, 2018 and I feel so sad because she has been my long-time family doctor. She has been a caring person and spends time with me and understands my needs as a patient. She responds quickly and calls me even after hours to check that I got my meds and my queries answered. I even recommend her to my family members to be their Primary Physician. I'm sure that she does the same professional treatment to her other patients . Thank you so much for everything and good luck in all your professional endeavors! Maybe we will meet again if you will still be practicing in Santa Cruz.

Dr C is a very nice person very knowledgeable and gives a lot helpful advice she has a wonderful bedside manner and is exceptionally kind and patient and is excellent at returning phone calls. She is my favorite Dr. From FD.
