Invited me back for a visit and said I should be seeing my primary care instead. Wasted my time and charged me and my insurance for a 2 minute visit to tell me he shouldn't have invited me back and to go see my primary. Can you say... insurance fraud!? I had to finally report him to the state attorney general when his office finally complied doing wrong. Avoid this doctor and his office at all cost!!!

My husband went in for a simple COVID test and came out with a $1,065.00 bill. They even charged us for the gloves that they used AND an external laundry service!!!! And Blue Cross paid $383.30 of the claim. This doctor is raking in the dough because of sick people!! Go somewhere else!!!

My husband went in for a "free" covid test. This doctor charged $1270 for a simple swab. There were 11 line items on the invoice, 5 for medical surgical equipment alone. Beware! This so called doctor is profiteering off of the pandemic!

Dr Patel saw my husband when he was admitted for a gall bladder removal. He spoke with us for about 3 min. When I asked a question regarding the procedure he answered while walking backwards inching his way closer and closer to the door so he could leave. May be a good surgeon but not a good bedside manner. When he forgot to put my husband on the schedule for surgery we found a new surgeon.

Poor bedside manner & extremely long waiting times. He was late getting to my husband's surgery & is late on a consistent basis for office visits. Does not spend an adequate amount of time with patients & does not seem sensitive to the emotional aspects of the medical care he is administering. Overall very disappointed in his care.
