Dr. Arvind B. Soni, MD

I enthusiastically write this review for Dr. Arvind Soni, MD, at Dattoli Cancer Center, Sarasota, Florida. I first spoke with Dr. Soni in April 2024, followed by numerous in-person visits. Dr. Soni guided me through the journey of prostate cancer evaluation and treatment with compassion and expert management. He is generous with his time, answers questions, and invites feedback. I had imaging, biopsy, radiation, and brachytherapy. My initial elevated PSA is now a very low normal. Dattoli Cancer Center staff are courteous, professional, and experienced. The facility is clean and spacious. The diagnostic and treatment equipment is state-of-the-art. Care is 100% individualized. I am a senior and have yet to experience a facility with better physicians or staff. I believe the Dattoli Cancer Center provides the best prostate cancer care anywhere.

I have worked with Dr.Soni for almost 4 years. He is very patient and understanding with his patients, taking each individual’s circumstances into great consideration. He cares greatly for his patients.

Outstanding MD. Very intelligent and very patient. He takes the time to listen to your questions and he is extremely knowledgeable. He is prompt and appointment are always on time. If you have prostate cancer, I highly recommend Dr Soni. He will cure you with minimum side effects.

The one star review is a fake and a hatchet job, who knows why? I have known Dr Soni for two years and I don’t think he COULD raise his voice. He is one of the gentlest people I’ve ever known. He reminds me of my grandfather whom I loved. He never rushes me, takes pains to explain everything carefully and is so friendly and approachable, if it weren’t so hurtful it would be laughable to think the one-star reviewer is talking about the same person. Dr Soni is a gem.

The one star rating is untrue. I have worked with Dr. Soni for over 2 years and have never known him to speak with a patient outside a private area about their care or condition. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and makes himself available for patient's needs or questions.

These guy is unprofessional. Giving us consultation outside of a private room and then we were moved to a private room he yelled at us for being in the room cuz he felt that he gave us consultation.he reprimanded us for even being in there I almost lost it and almost went off on him. From everyone that knows and they don't really have very nice things to say about him about his bedside manner and his work ethics.
